3 reasons to visit Al Bahou’s Friday brunch

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – Fridays in Dubai are for brunch. And Al Bahou in the Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate has the perfect brunch offering for families who are looking to unwind in a lavish setting, while enjoying the many culinary delights that the world has to offer.

Should you decide to treat yourself and your family to this experience, this is what you can expect.

Mouthwatering food
The three and a half hour brunch showcases flavours from the Middle East, India, Italy, Asia and Andalusia.  This is what happens when five of the hotel’s restaurants – Shanghai Chic, Chor Bazaar, Sicilia, Mistral and Moroc Lounge & Bar – join forces for the day. With over 12 live cooking stations serving everything from seafood to mixed grills to moreish desserts, you’ll find yourself spoilt for choice. Whichever you choose, be sure to leave space for dessert – sticky toffee pudding is a must. There’s a special buffet for kids, so parents can be sure that their little ones are happy.

A fun afternoon for the entire family
Aside from a specially crafted kids buffet, Al Bahous is home to an indoor cinema, a giant jumping castle and a Little Birds Club. While the kids play, older guests will be kept entertained by the venue’s live in-house band.

A lavish setting
With the aim of resembling a scene out of the classic novel 1,001 Arabian Nights, the venue, which translates to “The Grand Hall”, has been specially decorated with 88 lanterns. In short, the setting and food will do wonders for your Instagram feed.
