Your new place for mouthwatering steaks has opened its doors in DIFC. Fogo de Chão, the Brazilian restaurant born in Porto Alegre, translates to “fire on the ground” and refers to the age-old method of slow cooking on an open fire. There’s a fine-dining aspect to your cuts, with meats carved tableside by the traditionally-trained gaucho chefs. The venue boasts an elegant indoor dining area, but if you want a meal with a view then the outdoor terrace offers views of Burj Khalifa. Expect fresh salad sides, mocktails and meat sweats.
