Aji
The mark of a good Nikkei restaurant is its raw fish, and boy, does Aji have some good ones. Kick off this brunch with the signature ceviche dish served with raw sea bass, scallops and shrimp, which has the perfect blend of citrus and spice. As for main courses, if you have any space left after the ceviches, you have a choice of either a seafood platter with rice, a rib-eye steak with mashed potatoes or udon noodles served with tofu and red curry sauce. This is what Japanese-Peruvian fusion is all about.

Other perks include great live music and freshly shucked oysters.

Specials include sushi donuts, Angus beef tataki and burrata to start, which is followed by chicken and octopus, and glazed Baltic salmon for the main course. That said, the real star of the show is the dessert menu. With quirky ice cream sandwiches and doughnut cheesecake, your sweet-tooth will be aching for more. This sun-soaked brunch backed by high-profile views is the perfect excuse to act fancy.
