We've shortlisted six great restaurants and bars to help the week go by just a bit faster. There's a new grape and cheese night to try at Jones the Grocer and a brand new menu to try at Casa de Tapas.

Cheese and Grape Night

Dubai Restaurants - Jones the Grocer

Get stuck into copious amounts of cheese while sipping on unlimited glasses of red and white grape at Jones the Grocer at Emirates Golf Club. The package costs AED199 per person and you’ll also be treated to the soothing sounds of the live jazz band as you get up to the eyes in fromage. The Australian food empoium is famous for its cheese rooms and you’ll be able to indulge in a board from 7.30pm-11pm. That’s a lot of cheese. We can’t wait.

Fancy whipping up a Vietnamese storm? Well Chef Mai Nguyen has you well and truly covered. The three-hour long (11am-2pm) lesson starts in the hotel’s garden where you’ll select fresh herbs before heading to the kitchen, where the fun really starts. The class costs AED650 and for that you’ll get to enjoy your culinary masterpiece with a glass of signature iced tea.

The Spanish tapas joint has introduced 16 new dishes to its menu to spice things up a little for your next visit. There’s a mix of hot and cold tapas bites such as Asian duck breast salad and deep fried whitebait. Mains have added such dishes as traditional paella, and the dessert section has a new and delicious cheesecake to try.
