Gaia is the new chic Greek-meets-Mediterranean seafood restaurant in DIFC
Sure there are plenty of fish in the sea, but none are causing waves in Dubai right now quite like this newcomer from Chef Izu.
Walk into Gaia and the first thing you’ll notice is the ice market given centre stage; a showcase of the fresh fish on offer that changes daily. And it’s that made-to-order fish selection that’s tipping the scales in favour of the Greek restaurant fused with Mediterranean twists.
Pick your seafood delight with the help of an expert Fishelier and get it prepared raw, grilled, roasted or baked with sea salt, orange and sage.
Elsewhere on the menu are dishes such as succulent Athenian lobster pasta, whole seafood bream carpaccio and tiganita barbounia, pictured.
The perfect catch? the tiganita barbounia dish consisting of red mullet tempura wrapped in a vine leaf before being garnished with tomatoes and olive oil, all for AED130.
All within the chic, pristine white setting of the gorgeous restaurant.
