Following its debut in Dubai in December 2018, Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen has launched its Hellacious Friday brunch.

Hellacious Brunch will offer diners getting their weekend underway the chance to enjoy an array of signature dishes.

There will be a number of al fresco stalls and cooking stations, and according to Ramsay's team, guests can expect a feast of high standard.

Of course, there is also live entertainment.

Expect things to turn very British, with a live indie band to get brunch guests off their seats, rocking out to the beats of Snow Patrol, Coldplay and Arctic Monkeys.

Manned by teams of red and blue, just like Ramsay’s famous TV show, live stations will include an array of beef, salmon and tuna tartare, an oyster tower and hot starters such as all-American brunch classic chicken and waffles, decadent wagyu meatballs and ‘HK’ signature Eggs in Purgatory.

Served at the table to order with unlimited side dishes, mains will include the famous beef Wellington, crispy skin salmon and mushroom and goat's cheese gnocchi.

To finish off you can expect sticky toffee pudding pops, layers of the fluffiest cheesecake, feather-light chocolate mousse and, because it wouldn't be brunch without one, a chocolate fountain.

And there's a competition too. But the judges won't be as tough as the man himself.

Diners can take part in the “The Eton Mess Challenge”, where they plate up
their own Eton mess using various ingredients such as meringue, fresh strawberries, mixed berries and passion fruit.

Running on a five-minute timer, one successful guest will be announced the winner and awarded a dinner for two at Hell's Kitchen.

Tasty.
