Mundo’s to launch new Indian brunch
This Friday (March 29) Dubai's Mundo’s restaurants launches a new Desi Brunch which combines authentic Indian street food with innovative mixed drinks.
Every Friday between 1pm and 4pm the restaurant, which is located at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, will showcase the diverse cuisines of India via live cooking stations alongside traditional beverages, a drinks trolley and henna stations. And it's not just about the food, there will also be entertainment on offer, including a magician.
The live cooking stations of chaat, kathi rolls and tawa, as well as tandoori in a clay pot, are designed to replicate the bustling street stalls of India, while the main course takes a Thali-style approach to dining with dishes such as prawn bhuna, murgh tikka masala and butter chicken, plus many more, all refilled at your table.
There are plenty of delicious dishes on offer for vegetarians, including vegetable pakora and aloo matar, and those looking to kick-start their weekend in style can enjoy drinks expertly put together by Mundo’s in-house mixologist.
