BOCA to host a new kind of collaboration
For one night only, BOCA and the house of Gonzales Byass -Spain’s most prominent Sherry producer- are offering a four-course, grape-paired, vegetarian dinner which celebrates local ingredients and a collaboration between restaurant, chef, farm and oenologist.
The unique collaboration between BOCA and five UAE farms will feature ingredients such as whole roasted local cauliflower, home-made ricotta, and charred local heirloom tomatoes. Dinner will also include a separate cheese course and a date and fig cheesecake.
Oenologist and sherry educator Ms. Silvia Flores Cintado, will be flying in from Spain for the event will guide the four paired grapes featured on the menu while adding a touch of anecdotal flair and substantial knowledge. BOCA has also put together a guided juice pairing option with matching aromatics and cordials.
The event begins at 7.30pm with the grape pairing menu costing AED295 per person, while the juice pairing menu is priced AED195 per person.
BOCA celebrates the cuisines of the Mediterranean coastal regions of France, Italy and Spain, taking fresh ingredients and sharing them with diners at the restaurant, which is located at the heart of Dubai’s financial centre.
This will be a night where you can enjoy a combination of fantastic, fresh dishes and great-tasting grape, the perfect way to spend a Friday evening.
