The best of Bluewaters Island

1 Alici Dubai
From the team behind Dubai’s award-winning Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, Alici Dubai takes diners on a trip to Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Tuck into fresh seafood, plus dishes and drinks infused with the region’s famous lemons. Try sliced tuna with romano pepper, clams in San Marzano tomato sauce and grilled octopus with lentils.

4 Sah el nom
A second location for the restaurant, which already has a branch in Business Bay, Sah El Nom brings Damascene-Syrian dishes to Bluewaters. Try dishes including ghapama (baked stuffed pumpkin) and yalanji (stuffed vine leaves) at an eatery inspired by Syrian TV show Sah Al-Nawn, which refers to social traditions in the country. Nom indeed.

5 TETE
Classic Lebanese cooking collides with a Brazilian serving style at this new eatery, which sees staff serve kebabs tableside, and diners presented with two-sided disks with colours indicating whether they want the meat onslaught to continue or pause. Worth a try...?
