Break your fast at Masti this Ramadan
The Indian-fusion restaurant at La Mer will be setting up a colourful spread this Ramadan for everyone to break their fast with, and it includes Arabic flavours and its signature dishes.
Taking place daily throughout Ramadan, guests will start off with Arabic staples such as lentil soup, dates and fruits, then enjoy a fun selection of Indian fusion tastes such as edamme chaat, mango and avocado ceviche, cassava chaat arugula, sweet and sour chutney and tomato lace.
That’s only the beginning, as diners can also expect dynamite cauliflower koliwada, fried marinated cauliflower, red pepper aioli, kheema empanadas, spicy fried lamb wrap, along with tamarind and chilli sauce.
Like your curries? You’ll want to dig into the “Lababdar Curry” with chicken or paneer. tossed-in tomatoes and red pepper sauce with dry fenugreek. There’s also a Masti-style Biryani with either chiken, lamb or veggies.
To finish it all off, guests will be served a mango cheesecake or a chocolotus delight. Guests will also get mocktails and one hot beverage.
Masti’s iftar will take place daily from sunset until 2am. You can book yourself a spot by calling +971 43 444 384 or visiting www.mastidubai.com.
This is Dubai, of course, so expect plenty more iftars, including a brand-new one at Dubai Opera, featuring five-star Arabic and international cuisine.
These iftar spreads are looking tastier by the day.
