Salt Bae is opening a brand new restaurant in Dubai
Big names – including Leonardo DiCaprio, DJ Snake, and even His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai - have visited Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe’s aptly titled restaurant Nusr-Et in the Jumeirah Four Seasons.
Now his Dubai customers will be pleased to hear that he plans to open another burger joint in DIFC soon.
The chef rose to internet fame in 2017 when a video went viral of him seasoning a steak – maybe not quite what you would expect, but Gökçe has maximised his success, with a chain of restaurants in multiple locations around the world.
Nusr-Et opened in 2014, and it will now be followed by a brand new restaurant under the name ‘Salt Bae’, Gökçe’s much-loved internet persona.
It seems it will be a little more of a casual affair, but with this fabulous chef’s popularity among the stars, perhaps it will draw a similar crowd.
