Dubai’s newest food app lets you help to feed the hungry

Want a way to help the hungry while you take advantage of exclusive deals at some of Dubai’s hottest eateries? Course you do.

Run in collaboration with Dubai Government and Red Crescent Islamic Affairs, Nefsy is the newest food app to hit the market. It enables users to give back to one person in need each time they use the platform to find deals offered by numerous restaurants and cafés in the UAE.

Current partners include Applebee’s, Urban Seafood Steakanji, plus many more, so there really is something to tickle everyone’s fancy.

Other big names such as Krispy Kreme, Chicken Tikka and Pizza Hut have even agreed to sponsor the first 50,000 meals generated on the app, putting this money towards feeding the underprivileged around the world.

So how do you get involved? Simply download the app on iOS or Android and register before browsing a host of restaurants and cafés in the UAE and selecting your dine-in discounted meal, knowing that your purchase is aiding someone in need.

This is food delivery with a difference. You can even visually track the difference you’re making as a Nefsy user via the in-app ranking feature that counts the number of deals you have found, and, consequently, the number of people you have helped. We think it’s an incredible concept.
