OPA Dubai’s brunch gets second edition
The trendy Greek restaurant in Fairmont Dubai is setting up yet another brunch, and this time it’s giving its guests a Santorini-esqe party-popping, plate-smashing experience. Who needs to fly to Greece anyway?
Kicking off on Friday August 16 from noon until 4pm, guests can look forward to Mediterranean dishes and a selection of Greek-inspired mixed drinks, along with its signature foot-tapping Zorba dancing and live entertainment.
What’s on the menu? A four-course brunch menu starting with breads and dips including spicy feta dip, hummus, tzatziki and tarama. As for hot appetisers, guests can expect grilled cypriot halloumi, beef carpaccio, Greek salad, fig and walnut salad along with tuna tartare.
Don’t smash that plate just yet, as mains include pastitsio, grilled baby chicken, moussaka and steamed sea bass fillet. To round it off, OPA will offer Athenian pie, pistachio cake and Greek yogurt for dessert.
It wouldn’t be a party without some jams. The Santorini brunch will also be blasting island tunes by DJ Jayworx throughout the event.
Also, if you’re dining with a group of eight or more you can opt for a sharing brunch to make sure you can try everything.
