We’ve eaten our way through the city’s countless restaurants to find the dishes that are definitely worth a second look.

Baked Portobello Mushrooms – Ultra Brasserie
What: Ultra Brasserie has a simple concept: healthy, organic, delicious food. And they deliver on that with some great veggie options. Our favorite is the baked Portobello mushroom stack, which comes with sun-dried tomatoes, feta and rocket leaves and is bursting with fresh, tangy flavor.

Mushroom Skewers – Zuma
What:

La Serre is split into a traditional Parisian boulangerie on the ground floor, and a charming bistro on the first floor. One of the highlights in the bistro is the mushroom risotto, which is rich and creamy but still has an al dente texture to the rice and tons of rich mushroom flavour.

Mushroom Risotto – Solo Vinobar and Bistronomia
What:
This sleek bistro and wine bar in Raffles Hotel has a small scattering of vegetarian dishes, and of course, a mushroom risotto. It’s a great dish, and the creaminess of the risotto is enhanced by a Parmesan fondue, which adds another layer of salty flavor.
