Massive Sale In Dubai: This Weekend

Listen up folks, there’s going to be a massive three-day sale in Dubai this weekend! And, by massive, we mean MASSIVE. From May 10 to May 12, a number of retail outlets across the city will be holding massive discounts that range from 25 to 90 per cent.

Some of the items on offer will include fashion, tech and homeware.

If you’re looking to spruce up your home decor, head to Jashanmal Home, Home Centre, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, HOMES R US, IDdesign and Interiors where great, discounted pieces await. Tech heads make your way to Better Life, Grand Stores and Sharaf DG, where everything from discounted TVs, watches and home appliances await you.

We’ve compiled a short list of tips to help you bag your bargain of choice…

1. Make a list of all the things you want to buy

Have the sizes, colours and designer brands all written down before you make your way to the mall. (We say the mall because all of the malls in Dubai are taking part; Dubai Mall, Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Mirdif City Centre are all included.)

2. Give yourself a time limit

Remember, every second spent looking for a pink top equates to another dress being purchased by someone else.

3. Bring water

We’ve been to a few of these shindigs and the first people to crack are the dehydrated ones.

4. Have someone stand in line for you

Not just at the cash register but at the changing room and in some cases the entrance – it saves you time and in this case, money.

5. Always try on the clothes

We know that we just said that time is of the essence but you don’t want to spend your hard-earned pennies on something that doesn’t fit…
