Splurge of the Week: Watch out
There are certain brands that just exude quality. Emporio Armani is one of them. Slick and stylish, it’s always money well spent when you part with your dirhams for one of its products and that theme continues with its AR1737 Analogue model. The black design, with a grey trim, is subtle yet effective, while its leather strap only serves to enhance the timepiece. At AED1,172, it’s not cheap, but neither will it break the bank. And for that reason alone, it’s probably worth investing in.

The beauty of fashion is that it always (well, in the majority of cases,) comes back around. Chances are, if you were wearing it in the school playground, you are likely to be doing the same at some point later in life, and so it proves with CASIO watches. You couldn’t move for them while playing run-outs in the ‘80s and ‘90s, and now it’s what the cool kids (and adults) are donning on their wrists once more. With a smooth gold-tone linked metal strip, this model is cool and classy. Ironically, unlike the ‘80s.
