Arsenal to play friendly match in Dubai
Arsenal supporters in Dubai will have the opportunity to watch their team at close quarters when the Gunners take on Al-Nasr Dubai SC in a mid-season friendly later this month.
Unai Emery’s side, currently fourth in the Premier League, are heading to Dubai for a mid-season warm-weather training camp, and as part of their trip they will play a game against Al-Nasr at the newly built Al Maktoum Stadium on Tuesday 26th March at 6pm.
Tickets are now available from the stadium, as well as on Platinumlist, with prices starting from AED100.
The team are also expected to visit the Rashid Paediatric Centre and meet with HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, during the trip.
Arsenal manager Emery said: “It will be great to get some warm weather training and break up the usual routine as we enter the final stage of the season. The facilities in Dubai are fantastic and it will be an honour to be part of the formal opening ceremony for the new stadium.”
