Working hours will be adjusted during Ramadan to accommodate Muslim employees’ religious observances, according to the DGHR. Monday through Thursday, working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 30 minutes shorter than usual.

Working hours on Fridays will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a significant reduction from regular working hours.

These changes to working hours will not affect employees whose jobs require them to work on a different shift schedule. These employees will continue to work their regular shifts.
