Amazing facts about burj khalifa

The Burj Khalifa is the highest building in the world at over 828 metres. It's three times the Eiffel Tower and thrice the Empire State Building in NYC.


On top of that, it is the world's tallest building that stands alone. This record used to belong to the CN Tower.


The Burj Khalifa also holds the record for the most number of floors in a building anywhere in the world, with its 160 levels.


At.mosphere, the world's highest restaurant is on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa. From there, you can see the cityscape from a height of 441 meters.


The elevator in Burj Khalifa is the world's tallest. It goes up 504 meters at once and moves at 60 km per hour.


On level 148, there is the world's highest outdoor observation deck, where you can see Dubai from 555 metres up.


Burj Dubai was the intended name of the structure, but Sheikh Khalifa, the ruler of Dubai, was honoured by having the name changed to Burj Khalifa.


At the Burj Khalifa's topmost observation deck, the temperature is about 15°C colder than it is at "ground level."
