To help you prepare for one of the biggest concerts in Dubai's history, we've complied a handy guide for those lucky enough to get their hands on a pair of tickets to the Blended Festival. If you, unfortunately weren't able to, skip to the after party section to find out where you can see Backstreet Boys live in Dubai.

Right, let's get started...

The acts
Famed 90s band, Backstreet Boys will be headlining the gig that is set to take place at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre on Friday, April 20. So, expect to see some killer dance moves and to hear mega-hits like “Larger Than Life” and “I Want It That Way”. Melanie C of Spice Girls fame is also on the list as is singer-songwriter Lemar.

The running order
Doors open at 4pm, with local act Omar Afuni set to kick things off at 5.15pm. Danny Aridi is up next at 6pm who will be followed by “It’s Not That Easy” singer Lemar at 7pm. Melanine C will have the crowd singing along to her bangers that include the likes of “Never Be The Same Again” and “I Turn To You” when she takes the stage at 8.30pm. Up next are the night’s headliners the Backstreet Boys who will up on stage from 9.30pm before Remix Rich ends the night off with his upbeat mix of old skool tunes.

The set-up
The venue has been split up into four distinct ticket sections; regular, the golden circle – which is right up front and centre, VIP and the lounge. While they are situated away from the stage, the lounge and VIP section does include a designated bar and food station. It’s also great for those who want a bit more breathing space – there are going to be thousands of people attending after all.

The food and drinks
The Meat District, Moylos and Shake Shack are just three of the FNB vendors that will be keeping you refreshed and ready to party the night away. Other venues to look out for include Gelato Divino, Pizza Express and Taqado Mexican Kitchen. There will also be a number of licensed vendors on hand for those who wish to grab a drink before, during and after the gig.

All five members are scheduled to make an appearance at White Dubai as part of Blended’s official after party. We suggest heading to White and not buying tickets to the concert from unauthorised retailers as they will not be accepted. We repeat, they will not be accepted.
