Baked Portobello Mushrooms – Ultra Brasserie
What: Ultra Brasserie has a simple concept: healthy, organic, delicious food. And they deliver on that with some great veggie options. Our favorite is the baked Portobello mushroom stack, which comes with sun-dried tomatoes, feta and rocket leaves and is bursting with fresh, tangy flavor.

Mushroom Risotto – Solo Vinobar and Bistronomia
What: This sleek bistro and wine bar in Raffles Hotel has a small scattering of vegetarian dishes, and of course, a mushroom risotto. It’s a great dish, and the creaminess of the risotto is enhanced by a Parmesan fondue, which adds another layer of salty flavor.
